From the time he could swing a roofing hammer, LaRoyce Keene was helping his father and uncles build homes and repair roofs in and around Plant City, FL. Born from his experience, his love of craftsmanship and creativity in the housing sector did not die as he grew older. After obtaining his General Contractors license in 1978, he left a job working as a draftsman to follow a dream: one that has led to many years as a prosperous and sought after homebuilder.

Hand-drawn with the same drafter’s pencil and table that he began on, his elevations and plans are designed with one thing in mind: you.
